Hello, and welcome to the VCPA 2017 Team. This is a guideline on how to act, your duties, protocol, and more. This Award Ceremony is important for the community, so it depends on YOU and YOUR effort.
Let's go over our schedule.

We have no clue how long the show will go on for. About 1-5 mins per category.

As you see, August 16th and August 19th are pretty important dates. The Press Day (August 16th) will include the Director of the Event (the_emerald_229) and Head of Transportation (gooeypenguin), and some others giving speeches on the

Then, The press will get a full tour of the Auditorium, Red Carpet, and some behind the scenes possibly. Notable news networks may include, but not limited to:
- VBC
- TCN
- Vindex Chronicle
- V.C.M.

At the Organizers Conference on August 16th, we will all meet in the Auditorium and discuss the protocol for the event, second by second.

NEXT: SECURITY

---SECURITY---
Security at this event will be maximized out. Assuming that any high-ranking military officers attend, we will have Military protection.
Of course, we still have the VPD, DOJ, and Secret Service.

Last time, the President showed up unexpectedly. We will learn from our mistakes and pre-plan this scenario. A Marine-One will be ready for his transportation/evacuation at anytime.
Protocol shows that several

Secret Service vehicles should be ready to escort any government official there at ALL times. CODE:
Southpaw (IGN) =
Evacuate the person(s)
(IGN) Southpaw = Prepare the evacuation

Example: Awards are shot up, the Speaker of the House is in trouble
If he is fine at the first attack, I say
"Wireless Southpaw"
If he needs to get out of there, I say

Congressmen shall be at the bottom of the evacuation list.
S.S. should evacuate in order of government importance. aka President - VP - SOD - AG, on and on.

There have been several safehouses set up.
The main and obvious safehouse is the Vindex Nation Hospital, located in Downtown, Viridis.
If safe, they will go to the White House.

Again, those are all Scenarios. As placing security goes:
RED CARPET ENTRANCE : 3-5 Guards
VGT ROOF : 1-2 Snipers
GRAND HALL - 4-6 Guards

Auditorium Back - 1-2 Snipers
There will be several attendees who seem like Blue Tags in suit, but will act as Undercover. They should be placed variously to spot attackers, possible attackers, or jump out to assist.

I do not want to see ONE Security Unit on stage. It makes the stage look over-protected. Next to the stage is fine, but not on the stage during the show. Anyone on the stage during the show is subject to immediate ejection.

SECURITY PROTOCOL
1) Only 4-5 on the Red Carpet at a time
2) Do not let anyone in the Auditorium until 7:00 PM EST
3) Eject anybody not following the Guidelines

PLEASE: DO NOT USE LETHAL FORCE UNLESS IN CRITICAL CONDITION.
It is unenjoyable to watch an Awards Show while the bloody body of a school shooter is sitting right infront of you.

There will be SEVERAL Aeiral support units during the show:
1-2 : HMX-1 UNITS
3-5 : V.P.D. UNITS
I should not see any Airplanes on the property. Only Helicopters.

TRANSPORTATION
There will be 5-6 civillian helipads.
Helipads may only be used when scheduled by the arriving guest. They cannot be used while just coming and noticing "oh hey a helipad".

All cars should be parked in the Vindex's Got Talent Auditorium Parking Lot. It is about a 50-60 block distance from Modernmansion, the walk from the parking lot to Modernmansion should be secured and heavily guarded.

If the Vindex Police Department and the Department of Justice correspond, I would like to have roadblocks set up, not only to ease traffic, but for a chance for the Drug Enforcement Administration to catch any smugglers.

Exiting traffic should be directed easily. Considering how long it will take people to exit the facility and go to their vehicle, it should be ordered properly. While the show is going on, several people will be working to take down the Red Carpet and

set up a little exiting scheme, which will include several doorways to either the helipads or the parking lot.
15 Minutes after the show ends, Security will be permitted to exit the property.
