Seylum_Britannia has permission and access to all parts of the tower excluding the exterior.

This contract will expire in 24th May 2018, and all terms in the contract will be voided and nullified.
JDillinger may or may not offer rent extension to Seylum_Britannia at least 48 hours prior to expiration.

JDillinger does not have any permission to any area within the tower without exclusive permission from Seylum_Britannia or someone he assigns to give permissions.
