-------------------I) The signee agrees to pay 10% interest rates weekly on the initial amount loaned.
II) The signee agrees to not use the loan for any criminal activities.
III) The Kingsmen bank holds no responsibility if the

signee loses the loan money, and the signee is still obligated to pay the money he/she owes.
IV) If the signee isn't able to pay the amount owed after 2 weeks from retrieving a notice of retrieval then the bank has the right to use the signee's properties

as collateral.
V) If the signee has no properties to his name then the bank is allowed to sue the signee for all the amount owed plus interest.
