This contract states that the connected top floors, excluding the roof of tower3, San Amaro will be leased to MillionaireMan, for a total of $5500 each month. If the rent expires, the client may choose to renew his stay in the three connected floors,

for the same amount as when the lease was originally begun ($5500).
If there were to be any exterior damage to the property, MillionaireMan is legally bound to repair the damage at his own cost.

If MillionaireMan does not decide to renew his rent, he shall recieve a three day notice to pack up his belongings, and leave.
Failure to vacate within the three days will inevitably cancel his permissions to the residence.
