Details of the ship:
Located at dock6, the ship is currently incomplete and is estimated to take 1-2 more days to build based on tonys current playtime. It resembles

naval and old rebellion ships used in war. There is one cannon which is not functional, the hull is entirely emptied out and the wya to pilot the ship is at the front down below.

35-40 minutes to reach the target of NBC. The fastest course to NBC from dock6 is to take a left and continue heading south east towards NBC.

Possible NBC targets:
Tony is known to terrorize naval ships when he attacks, it's most likely

he will be trying to destroy ships and or pirate them for his terrorist oranization "Hydra" which is proven to be the motivation for these attacks based on the flags at dock6.
