EthanPatrickStar and the player MrWhopper/Sajid_Javid/SirWhopper will both own half of mixershop. The restaurant which will be at mixershop named the Krusty Krab, 50% of profit from the company will go to EthanPatrickStar, the other 50% will go

to MrWhopper/Sajid_Javid/SirWhopper.
Mixershop shall be owned officially by EthanPatrickStar. But he will only own half of the property, the other half will be owned by Sajid_Javid/MrWhopper/SirWhopper.

The property in other words will be shared between both.
Both people, EthanPatrickStar and SirWhopper/MrWhopper/Sajid_Javid must be added to the property at all times.
The property cannot be sold without EthanPatrickStar and SirWhopper/MrWhopper/Sajid_-

Javid`s permission. Until both owners agree the property cannot be sold.
If they both agree and it is sold, both owners must share the profit, both getting 50%. (Example, sold for 1mil, both men get 500k).
As EthanPatrickStar officialy owns the property

in /area shop terms, if he were to sell it without MrWhopper/Sajid_Javid/SirWhopper`s permission. The property will be seized (the new owner being compensated) and MrWhopper/Sajid_Javid/SirWhopper getting the property back, then owning 100% of it as

a result of the court case.
As mixershop will be given to EthanPatrickStar on an unknown date, when he does get it, no matter how far or close it is, this contract is ALLWAYS in effect as SOON as he gets possession of the
