This Loan Agreement is made as of this 19 day of November, 2017 by and between Leon De Viagros and Younginn Enterprises, a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Viridis.
WHEREAS, Younginn Enterprises has agreed to give Leon De Viagros the

loan, as defined later, and Borrower has agreed to repay the Loan in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual considerations contained herein and other good and sufficient

consideration, the receipt of which is herby acknowledged, Borrower and lender herby agree as follows:
1. Loan Amount.
Lender promises to loan Borrower the principal sum of $50,000.00 Vindex Dollars, together with

interest on the outstanding princible amount of the Loan, and in accordance with the terms set forth below.
2. Repayment of Loan.
The Loan together with accured and unpaid interest and all other charges, costs, and expenses, is due and payable on or

before November 28, 2017.
3. Interest.
The Princible Balance of this Agreement shall bear interest at the rate of 10%. Notwithstanding, the total interest charged on the Princible Amount shall not exceed the maximum amount

allowed by the law and Borrower shall not be obligated to pay any interest in excess of such amount.
4. Late Fee.
If Borrower fails to make a payment due under this Agreement within zero (0) days after the payment's due date, Borrower agrees to pay

Lender a late payment fee of 20% of the amount due.
5. Waiver.
Borrower and all sureties, guarantors and endorses hereof, waive presentment, protest and demand, notice of protest, demand and dishonor and nonpayment of this Agreement.

6. Assignment.
Borrower shall not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the written consent of the Lender. Lender may assign all or any portion of this Agreement with written notice to Borrower.

7. Disputes.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Viridis.
8. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes and cancels all prior

agreements of the parties, whether oral or written, with respect to such subject matter.
