Definitions:
Confidential Information: Any information,
whether written or oral, disclosed by the Government to the Signee that is not publicly available.

Definitions cont.:
Authorized Release: The explicit authorization by the White House Chief of Staff, the President, or the person who originally provided the information for the public release of confidential information.

Agreement:
1) Confidentiality: The Signee agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by the Government.

2) Authorization:
Only an Authorized Release can permit the disclosure of Confidential Information to the public.

3) Penalties: Any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information may result in civil action with up to $100,000 in penalties and potentially criminal charges or fines.

The breaching party may also be required to compensate the Government for any damages caused by the unauthorized disclosure.

Acknowledgment:
The Signee acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shall be bound by them.
