Infantry:
New recruits will undergo physial. Once they pass they will be brought to seminar room where basics of infantry will be installed. After that they will be brought to basic training which will be like a normal training but more in depth.

Also longer than a normal one. Thorough notes will be taken on performance by each soldier at each training, to evaluate and assign appropriately. Once basic training is completed soldiers will only have normal training and progress will be tracked.

Once we have numbers people will be put in different classes that they can choose but will have certain amount in each. Largest will be in regular front line soldiers. They need to be able to combat well with m16 and melee if needed as well as shot gun if

needed. There will also be some but less snipers who will be specialized in sniping from a distance and providing cover fire. These classes will make sure that soldiers are specialized in what they do. We will also reincorporate rangers at a later time
