I, Negativity__ agree to sell Sub5 to StampyFun_ for the total sum of $1,450,000 & Wh027. He shall give Wh027 to me first for the sum of $0, after that point I will list Sub5 for 1,450,000 for the completion of the agreement.

If any of these guidelines are breached, StampyFun_ is entitled to full compensation, as well as $50,000 in punitive damages. Or, vise versa in the event of a breach by StampyFun_
