Article 1
Vindex was established in the year 2013 by dragon_12dk the president of our fine city. It has gone through several stages to get to this point. We went through a time where the military ruled. Then we were called the capitol in the Hunger Gam

But finnaly we became a peaceful city where the many factions live in peace and sometimes at war. The allie include the strongest factions. Ebonhold led by Redeemer and Union led by turtlc. Many other factions exist such as Vindex. The city has lasted for

a long time and shows no signs of a problem to survive. The only thing lacking is a constitution.

Article 2
Vindex is run by a free enterprise system. Every person has the right to own a business and housing. Union Inc. is a new company which owns many landmarks such as part of the trump tower, part of Vindex New HQ and several

properties such as Union Casino and a famous grey house first seen in San Fransisco. The chairman of the company is turtlc. All members have rights to own a company and free entterprise works as it does in the U.S.A.

Article 3
Vindex is a constitutional Democracy lead by president dragon_12dk. He has ruled since the time of military control. He has lead the server well through all of its trials. He will always protect Vindex.

Article 4
Laws of the Land
1) No Hacking
2) No Spamming
3) No asking for op/mod/admin etc.
4) No griefing unless in wild
5) No asking for commands

You must follow all rules listed unless specified by the president. If you dont follow the rules punishments may include but are not limited too kick, ban, mute ,temp ban, execution, jail, and griefing of home.

Vice President CollinHH is the assistant to dragon_12dk. He must be obeyed or you may risk punishment.

Anyone can create a faction. Factions are what drive the server. They allow you to claim land and protect it. Anyone you want to join can join. Make sure you have enough power though.

There is a pirate on the server named CAVALIERGAMER. He is the brother of President dragon_12dk. He destroys factions and players alike stay clear of him at all times otherwise u will be blown up.

Union Inc. is currently the most powerful company. It consists of 2 mods turtlc and Mixermic. It owns much of the server property and a casino that brings in lots of money.

Plots are available through dragon_12dk. Many of them are free but some cost money.

Casinos can be built in building floors or on plots. Slot machines cost $2000 currently and can be purchased through dragon_12dk.

Shops can be made anywhere with a chest. Vindex uses chest shop so just place a sign and fill out the correct info and u have a shop. Make sure prices are good though or nobody will buy.

This constitution officially makes Vindex a constitutional democracy led by dragon_12dk. This constitution will be used to govern the country and can be changed at any time by selected officials.
