EMT Partners

This is a new system of pairing up EMTs. Two EMTs will be paired up; One experianced EMT (EMT for at least a month, driver's license, gone to at least 2 trainings), and one inexperianced EMT (someone who does not fit those requirements).

These partners will recieve a number. They will decide on one meeting place, or several meeting places throughout Vindex. They will both set homes at the decided meeting place(s). Whenever someone calls for an EMT and both partners are online, they will

go to a decided meeting place. One of them will spawn in their ambulance, and they both get in. While one of the partners drives, the other replies to the emergency using 911broadcast. All 911broadcast EMT responses should look like this:

[Medic-*Partner Number] to *Dispatcher, Police, Person who called EMT, etc* *10-code specifying if the ambulance is enroute, understands, standing by, etc*
Again, only the person not driving should type. You may switch roles as needed

so that both partners get experiance in both sides of the job.

If your partner is not online, you will be paired up with either me or another EMT that doesn't have a partner. You will work together to decide on a meeting place or several meeting places

and set homes there. Keep in mind that this is only temporary, so as soon as your real partner comes back online you go back to the old homes you set. If there is only one EMT online, that EMT has to take all the calls by his/her self. If there is one

pair of partners online and more than one EMT call, they may separate to respond to both calls. If you do not wish to partake in this program, call or mail me and we can talk about it. If you do not have the book of 10 codes, call me or mail me and we can

meet at the Firestation. In order to recieve a partner, call or mail me with 1) If you are an experianced or an inexperianced EMT and 2) Your prefered partner (if any). If you have any questions at all feel free to ask me by calling or mailing me.
