They are:

-advised always keep the interests of the people in mind
-are to use only Hunting rifles, and handguns

The MDE are not to be refered to as "para-military" under any context. Any Civilian caught denouncing such can be fired upon without trail, as they are enemies of the Party & by proxy the Revolution.

Ad-P serves the will of the people, and hopes to exile all the enemies of the people that destroy Vindex
