I, Peachs30, agree to pay DaddyPun a total of $5,000 every week until I decide to unrent DaddyPun's region, sm3. Each payment shall be made concurrently every Saturday. Failure to make the payment on any given Saturday will result in a late fee of $2,500.

within this contract, I shall be sued for $30,000 in a court of law. I must seek approval from DaddyPun if I wish to make any renovations on the property, this includes redesigning the interior. If I fail to seek approval from DaddyPun, I am legally
