Obligations of Receiving Party.
Receiving Party shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Disclosing Party.

What will happen if the contract is violated.
If said contract is violated the Receiving Party will be obligated to pay a fine of 15000 Vinish Dollars, cease and desist from sending this information publicly.
