I, vQuasar, agree to everything held within this contract. Upon signing this contract I agree to all of the terms and contions that are contained within it, as well as the acknowledgement that I have read and understood the terms and conditions.

This contract designates 100% ownership of the region "house5" to Kideyy.
I: Under this contract, Kideyy maintains 100% ownership of the region "house5". This includes full ownership of the region,

full responsibility of the region, the ability to sell the region, and the other commonalities of house ownership.
II: I, vQuasar, acknowledge that house5 is maintained fully by Kideyy, and as of current, I am the owner of the region

though I am not the owner of the property nor am I entitled to the benefits of selling it.
III: I, vQuasar, understand that at any time, Kideyy is capable of requesting the region of "house5" to be put in his name, as he maintains 100%

ownership of the land.
IV: In the event the region is sold, I, vQuasar, acknowledge that Kideyy must be paid a flat-sum of $15,000,000 for the value of the region. This is term is negotiable depending on circumstances involved.

V: I, vQuasar, understand that in the event that I am to go inactive, the region is designated to Kideyy
VI: I, vQuasar acknowledge my temporary ownership of the region and agree to allow Kideyy choices as to the final decisions

that occur for and within the region itself.
VII: In the event of a name change, I, vQuasar, acknowledge that the terms under this contract are still valid.
