In order to form a more perfect republic, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty, to ourselves our posterity,

do ordain and establish this Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vindex Naton.
------------------- Article One
Section One
I. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a unicameral legislature, that is the

Congress of the Vindex Nation, which shall consist of a House of Representatives body elected by the Vinish people. No branch or department of government have the power to dissolve nor should ever directly influence for wrongful reasons the aforementioned

Representative Body.
II. In the event were the Legislative Branch to overstep or commit an act deemed unconstitutional or Unlawful, the Judicial and Executive Branch reserves to power to review said Action and revert it if found to be in violation of

the constitution. Likewise, the Legislative Branch reserves the power to step in and review actions by other Branches of Government in the event that the Judicial or Executive Branch commits an act deemed possibly to violate the constitution.

I. The House of Representatives shall be composed of 2 Members of Congress for each city of a state, 1 of which who is a Representative to run for office and be freely elected by the People and the other be a

Congressman voted on by the people from a selection decided by the Speaker of the House and neither process shall have any interference by any other Branches or Departments of the Government unless it is in violation of the Law or unconstitutional.

II. No person shall be a Representative who has not attained at least one month of playtime, 2 months free of criminal activity, and is not a permanent citizen of Vindex Nation. UNless permitted by the Speaker.

III. When vacancies happen in any District, the Speaker of the House thereof shall issue Writs of Completion to fill such Vacancies temporarily until the ongoing term is over.
IV: The Speaker of the House of Vindex Nation shall be President of the House

of Representatives, but shall have no vote, unless voting is equally divided among members in the voting process.
V: Every Bill shall have passed the House of Representatives shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of Vindex

Nation; If they approve they shall sign it, but if not they shall return it, with his Objections to that House, who shall proceed to redraft it if desired so by the House. If after such Reconsideration 2/3 of that Hosue shall agree to pass the Bill it

shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of the house shall be determined by Yays and Nays as any other bill regularly would. If any bill shall not be answered by the PResident within 30 days after it shall have been presented to him, the Same

shall be a Law, in like Mannaer as if he had signed it. Not every vote to which the Concurrence of the Hous eof Representatives may be necessary, for only a majority, but shall still be presented to the President of Vindex Nation.

------------------- Section Three
I. Congress may at any time by Law make or amend this Constitution if voted by a majority with 2/3 consensus.
------------------- Enumerated Powers
1. To lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to

pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the Vindex Nation; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the Vindex Nation;
2. To borrow money on the credit of the Vindex Nation;

3. To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several nations that are allied with Vindex Nation.
4. To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the Vindex

Nation;
6. To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the Vindex Nation;
8. To promote the progress of science and userful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and

inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;
9. To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nation;

10. To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprsial, and make rules concerning captures on land and water.
11. To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for longer term than two years.

12. To provide and maintani a navy;
13. To make rules for the government and regulation for each department of Vindex Nation.
14. To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and

repel invasions;
15. To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as mayb e employed in the service of the Vindex Naton, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and

the atuhority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
------------------- Necessary & Proper Clause
Congress can make laws that are necessary and proper for carrying out mentioned powers.

------------------- Impeachment
1: The House of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment. When on trial for impeachment, they shall be on Oath or AFfirmation. When the President of the Vindex Nation or member of his cabinet

is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside, if they are not able to then a judge chosen by the Chief justice shall do so. If the vote is a tie, the Chief Justice or presiding official will break it. any other government official outside of the Cabinet

shall be impeached with a two third majority from the House of Representatives.
2: Judgement in Cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, but the PArty convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment,

trial, Judgement and Punishment, according to Law.

2: Cannot pass bill of attainders

3: Cannot favor the trade of a state; Must put up for a bid
4. Cannot withdraw money from nations account without setting a law for a budget and what it will be spent on.

I: The executive Power shall be vested in a President Vindex Naton. He shall be selected by his predecessor or be in the line of succession to the Presidency.
II: No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the Vindex Nation, at the time of

of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of the President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been 1 years a resident within the Vindex Nation.

III: In Case of the Removal of the PResident from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or inability to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, the Vice-President to perform duties when on leave or absence.
IV: Before he enter on the

execution of his officer, he shall atke hte following oath or AFfirmation:-- "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the Vindex Nation, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the

V: The President may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their Respective Offices

1: THe judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the Vindex Nation, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;-- to all cases

affecting sec. of state foreign affairs;--to all Cases of admiralty and maritime
Jurisdiction;- to Controversies to which the Vindex Nation shall be a party;- to Controversies between two or more states.

II: IN all cases affecting Sec. of State foreign affairs, the court shall have original Jurisdiction. IN all the other cases before mentioned, the court shall have appellate Jurisdiction. both as to law and fract, with such Exceptions, and under such

regulations as the congress shall make.
III: The Trial of all Crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be held in the State where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the Trial shall be at such place or

places as the Congress may by law have directed.

I: Treason against the Vindex Nation, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No person shall be

convicted of Treason unless on the Testimoney of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open court.
II: The Congress, if no Chief Justice, shall have the power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no attainder

of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the person attainted.

I: Declaring laws unconstitutional. Power to say whether any national, state, or local law goes against;

Prohibits; Contradicts the constitution. Any law that is unconstitutional can be cancelled, nullified, or sent back for modification. (Judicial Review)

Section One
Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public Acts,

Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. and the Congress may be general laws prescribe the manner in which such Acts, Records, and Proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.

I: The Citizens of each state shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
II: A Person Charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or Other Crime, who shall flee from justice, and be found in another state shall

on demand of the executive authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the STate having Jurisdiction of the Crime.

I: New States may be admitted by the Congress into this

union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of tw or more States, or Parts of States, without the consent of the Legislatures of the STates concerned as well as of

the Congress.
II: The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the Vindex Nation; and noting in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any

claims of the Vindex Nation, or of any particular State.

The Vindex Nation shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application

of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall purpose

Amendments to this Constitution, or on the applicaton of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several states shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this
