By signing this document, the signee agrees to all of the parameters outlined in this contract. Failure to do so will lead to a civil lawsuit. The signee understands they are liable for the full amount of the loan and applicable fees.

Interest
The full amount of the loan is due to be paid by the date as stated in this contract. Along with this, there s a 50% interest that has to be paid in addition to the principal amount.

Late Penalty
If the full loan is not paid by the due date, a $2,000 late fee will be placed on top of the loan with applicable interest for every day the full loan is not paid. After 7 days, if the loan is not paid the case will be taken to court.
