I, Gwaryer, the buyer, enter into this agreement with 1MouseGamer, the seller, regarding the sale of VindexTransit, and agree to all terms provided herein under penalty of perjury. I shall pay the seller an amount of $1,950,000 Vinish dollars and enter into a payment plan for

$750,000 Vinish dollars plus interest, and in exchange, the seller shall provide me with VindexTransit immediately. This payment plan should terminate in 13 weeks from the date of purchase, which shall be 8th May 2023. I shall make payments each week equal to $62,500 Vinish dollars

plus interest. Interest shall be charged as follows: 0% for the first four weeks, and then an additional 2.5% for weeks five and onward, adding a cumulative 2.5% each week thereafter (2.5% on week five, 5% on week six, 7.5% on week seven, 10% on week eight, 12.5% on week nine, 15% on week ten,

17.5% on week eleven, 20% on week twelve, 22.5% on week thirteen). I shall be permitted to make payments exceeding what I owe each week, and the difference between what is paid and what is owed shall be applied to the principal ($62,500) of the most final unpaid week, starting with

week thirteen. When that principal is paid off, it shall advance to the next latest unpaid week (week twelve, then eleven, etc...). Interest on those weeks shall only be assessed on unpaid principal when those weeks are reached. If the buyer pays off the principal for all weeks early

before reaching the final weeks which have been paid, the payment plan shall be considered terminated.
VindexTransit shall be collateral in this agreement, and failure to make a payment shall result in a late payment. The first late payment shall result in the amount owed for the week missed

being capitalized onto the principal of the upcoming week, where the full unpaid amount including interest is added to the principal, and then assessed interest in full using that next week. The second missed payment shall result in a default of this contract, and the collateral,

VindexTransit, shall be repossessed by the seller to be auctioned on the market for the highest price that can reasonably be obtained. From that money earned, the seller shall retain $882,812.50 Vinish dollars minus all payments previously made by the buyer to the seller toward this

payment plan. The remaining balance from the sale of the property on the open market shall be given to the buyer. Dispute, disagreement, or failure to uphold the obligations of this contract shall result in a civil lawsuit, where the buyer agrees to pay the seller $25,000 Vinish dollars for
