I plan on reducing rebel RDM and crime by using the proof rule and making sure people actually did it. I don't think its fair to fire without proof, or many witnesses.

Yet another problem is rebel mistreatment. We are being based off of people who are irrelevant to the situation right now. They were long ago fired and
