Zeal owns all of their designs some of witch are taken from the Minecraft community.

We understand some people dont understand what will happen if you use Zeals designs inside your homes or propertys without buying them, When a player buys a design they are given a receipt if shown we understand that our design is okay to be in your home.

If any other companys sell designs made my zeal, Including, Chairs tables or any design tricks, They will be sued for selling our design.
If you have a design that you are using in your home that you made before zeal did you can call us and

we will pay you 5000$ to remove it, if you have proof of it already being their. If you do not remove it or accept payment we will attempt to sue you for using a product that was patented by zeal no matter if zeal made it first or not.

We will also send patrols to sneak around you propertys on vindex maybe even attempt to enter them if they see you using a design you did not pay for.

And if you are using any payed for zeal designs in your property make sure you put a sign outside saying using designs from zeal or you will be sued for 2k or more.
