SEC 1 PURPOSE: this act is designed to make a better looking server and offer more jobs.
SEC 2 Proposal: this law will create an orginization named the public works comitee that will work around the city

improving it and building various requested buildings by goverment.
Each member will be paid an amount per a time period determined by government.
