CHAPTER 1: Basic Fundamentals

Introduction and Information:
Salutations citizen! If you are interested in a medical field alongside warfare, MEDCOM is for you! In MEDCOM we have 3 different roles: Combat Medic, MedEvac

and Physician. To summarize these for you; Combat Medic's serve both as an infantry soldier and a doctor on the battlefield. Their goal is to make sure all soldiers are healthy while a battle occurs. This also includes given vaccines and removing battle

wounds. MedEvac is very similar to EMS, they transport soldiers to the military hospital to then give them the services that are needed. Finally, Physicians examine if soldiers are healthy from disease and check their blood to see anything out of the

ordinary (such as uncommon diseases).

Benefits
There are benefits that are given directly upon joining MEDCOM:

- Free medical and combat education.
- Salary up to $250!

- Free biohazard protective suit available upon being quarantine-certified.
- Free medicinals and vaccines provided.

Mandatory Gear
Upon joining MEDCOM, you are required

to carry the following items on you:

- Firearms (Most will be provided to you)
- Medicine (3x smoothwater, 3x sweetwort, will be provided too)
- Ammunition (at least 3 stacks)
- Shears (For arrow wound)

CHAPTER 2:§ Roles

Combat Medic (CM)
As a combat medic, your duty is to protect and keep the soldier's/patient's health in check and ensure that they are on top notch health conditions. You will learn basic cures of various diseases

as well as on how to use syringes and vaccines.

Requirements:
- Completed MEDCOM basic training.
- Must participate in both infantry and combat medic training upon joining.
- Must be open to roleplay situations.

MedEvac (ME)
As a MedEvac, your duty is to transport soldiers by plane or heli to the MEDCOM hospital. Alongside this, keeping the soldier (patient) safe during the enrouting procedure.

Requirements:

- Completed the MEDCOM basic training.
- Completed the MedEvac standard training.
- Be assigned to one of the 3 following positions: Pilot, Co-Pilot, Gunner
- Must be open to roleplay situations

Physician (P)
As a Physician, you are required to perform mandatory medical examinations on soldiers. You will obey the following procedure when performing a medical examination:

1. Provide the soldier a vaccine

against yellow fever and whooping cough.

2. Make sure that the soldier is not suffering from an uncommon disease.

3. Check if the soldier has healthy eyes and doesn't have blurred vision. (This isn't required, however

recommended)

4. Check the soldier's blood pressure. (This isn't required; however, it's recommended)

Requirements:
- Completed the MEDCOM basic training.
- Completed the standard Physician
