Employment Contract

This employment contract is dated this 27th day of June, 2016.

Commencement Date and Term:
1. Employee will commence a probationary full-time employment on 27th of June 2016.

Job Title and Desc.
2. The initial job title of the Employee will be the following: Jr. Lawyer. The inital job and dities the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following: Assisting in cases and coordinating with their superior.

3. The Employee agrees to be eomployed on the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement. The Employee agress to be subject to the general supervision of the act and pursuant to the orders, advice and direction of Employer.

4. The Employee will perform any and all duties as requested bu the Employer that are reasonale and that are customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer.

5. The Employer may make changes to the job title or duties of the Employee where the changes would be considered reasonable.

6. The Employee agrees to abide by the Empoyer's rules, regulations, and practices.

Employee Wages:
7. Compensation paid to the Employee for the services rendered by the Employee as required by this Agreement will include a wage at the rate of atleast 25%. (Wages may be altered by employer but not below 25%)

8. The Compensation will be payable twice per month while this Agreement is in force. The EMployer is entitled to deduct from the Employee's Compensation.

Employee Benefits:
9. The Employee will be entitled to benefited that are described in the lawful

provisions of the Employer's employment booklets, manuals, and policy documents or as required by law.

10. The Employer discretionary benefirts are subject to change, Employer must give a IRL 24hr notice before doing so.

Termination of Employment:
11. Employer may terminate the Employee's employment without notice.

12. If the Employee wishes to terminate this employment the next compensation won't be delivered.
