"Contract" by AnCapism

This contract serves as a legally binding document between tenant AnCapism and landlord Iron_Ashes.
This contract states that AnCapism will have full rights to administrate and alter the specific area of region Collinsh which has been leased by the

legal owner of the property (Iron_Ashes) til 07/04/2021, the date which this contract will also be void.
AnCapism is the sole tenant and is therefor the only person with the legal right to alter/administrate/manage said area, and the business

venture within the area's physical boundaries.
If any party besides AnCapism (includes any individual with building permissions on the region Collinsh), said party will be held accountable in a court of law and subject to pay reperations of $25,000

to AnCapism, for any incurring damages to the location itself and/or the business venture within its physical boundaries.
This document also serves as definitive proof of a legal transaction being made between AnCapism (tenant) and

Iron_Ashes (landlord) - a sum of $65,000 paid by AnCapism for all rights disclosed in previous sections of this contract up until the July 4th, 2021
(07/04/2021).
The landlord (Iron_Ashes) does hold the right to evict AnCapism under these explicit

circumstances:
-Concrete evidence suggests AnCapism sells illegal contraband via "chest shops" located within his reserved area of Collinsh
-Concrete Evidence suggests AnCapism has stolen items from either the

landlord (Iron_Ashes) and/or the other tenants/vendors situated in Collinsh.
-Concrete Evidence suggests AnCapism altered/edited the physical appearence of any location within Collinsh (excluding their own area) without consent from the landlord.

In the event that AnCapism is evicted on the basis for any of these offenses, this contract states they have the right to 72 hours to remove their belongings from Collinsh, after the eviction notice has been acknowledged by the tenant (AnCapism).
